Whole Lamb Noisette

A premium cut in which the eye of the loin is completely boned out and then stuffed with a variety of flavours for an attrective, contemporary way with lamb.  Can be cut into slices.

Choose to have your lamb noisette stuffed with the following:-

Black Pudding * Apricot * Parsley & Thyme * Feta & Spinach

Cooking Instructions: Pre heat oven to 180 degrees fan/ gas mark 4-5.  Cook for 45-50 minutes.
