Shepherds Roast

Whole shoulder of lamb skilfully boned, de-fatted, then rolled with a delicious cylinder of our hand blended stuffing running through the middle.  A great way to enjoy the flavour of the shoulder made easy to carve.

Please specify which stuffing you would like in the special instructions box that will pop up when you add this item to your basket. Wild Sage & Roast Onion * Cranberry, Orange & Chestnut * Parsley, Thyme & Lemon * Cider, Apple & English Sage. If no choice is made we will use Wild Sage & Roast Onion.

Cooking Instructions:

Cover your joint with tin foil and roast at 150 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.  Remove the foil and increase the heat to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.  Rest for at leat 10 minutes before serving.
